Consultation: During the consultation, we visit your home and make recommendations on staging design is needed to not only fit the home, but also fit your budget. We will agree on a design that will translate beautifully to your home buyers. On certain projects we are able to achieve enough space planning via photos however, seeing the home in person usually assures that we can have a better vision of the space.
Proposal: A formal quote is written with all the recommendations we made while at the property. Adjustments can be made to stay within the budget criteria. A price is then agreed upon and your Staging Day is scheduled.
Staging Design: Upon receipt of payment our team can start designing your home’s furniture and accessories. This is the most labor intensive task that comprises over 75% of the staging process. Some projects can take up to a two weeks for procurement.
Staging Day: Once all the staging items are picked and packed, our team will follow the predefined staging plan closely. Our team will arrive and assemble the rooms making sure everything is in its proper place. The property will look complete and photo ready after the team finishes. Our professional photographers shoot the MLS-ready photos on the same day or a day later. Most stagings take between 2-3 hours for the team to complete.
Destaging: Our team will come back and pick up the staging items three days prior to close of escrow or right after your two month rental has expired unless an extension has been made. Also, we always have all the staging items available for sale for the future buyers in a separate bill of sale.
Our Staging Contracts: We operate on two-month minimum contracts as the majority of staging companies do worldwide. We recommend that the staging items remain in the home through the inspection and appraisal period to ensure we avoid any problems. If a staging extension is needed, we will work with you day to day, week to week, or month to month at a discounted rate.
